95 Points - Rob Geddes MW
"A complex aroma of grenache red fruits that has the old vine mineral notes, a hint of green strawberry mixed age oak adding coffee, mahogany furniture. In the mouth, it's a delight: juicy red fruits, lively, finely silky tannins and the older oak flavours in the finish before an explosion of red raspberry fruits that will come as a surprise, filling the mouth and lingering after swallowing. If you love ripe fruit or good grenache, make a space for this. Great old vines, great year and well handled." - Rob Geddes

"There's a lot of wine here for your dollar. Notwithstanding the Grenache comes from 100-year-old vines. It's a medium-weight and tannin-shaped red with understated red berry fruitiness, sweet spice lift, a floral, almost rose petal kind of character and refreshing blood orange acidity. It's even, flows beautifully, dials in some game meat flavours and finishes long and with a building pucker. All the while it is generous and fresh. This is really well done. A beauty." - Mike Bennie
