The carnival is coming to O’Leary Walker! Immerse your senses in carnival-inspired eats, sip on our signature wines and celebrate all day long to tunes from @thecast_band, all under a spectacular bell top tent. Plus we’re joined by our friends at Café 1871 and Big Shed Brewing!

A Night In with Brendan Leslie | Friday 20 May

An intimate candle-lit experience where you will discover head-chef Brendan Leslie's contemporary Australian dishes, famed throughout the Valley for their focus on seasonal ingredients and playful flavours. Presented in a shared long table format, each dish is matched carefully with our signature current and limited museum wines, all hand-selected by winemaker David O'Leary.
