A Night In with Brendan Leslie | Friday 20 May
An intimate candle-lit experience where you will discover head-chef Brendan Leslie's contemporary Australian dishes, famed throughout the Valley for their focus on seasonal ingredients and playful flavours. Presented in a shared long table format, each dish is matched carefully with our signature current and limited museum wines, all hand-selected by winemaker David O'Leary.
