SALE OF ALCOHOL
It is illegal to sell alcohol to, or obtain alcohol for persons under 18 years of age. By entering into a sale to purchase our wines, you are certifying that you are 18 years of age or older. O'Leary Walker Wines is committed to the responsible enjoyment of alcohol. Liquor Licence numbers 50807232 and 51208677.
VINTAGES
Vintages are subject to change without notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers by email or telephone prior to dispatch of stock.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are committed to resolving any problems that our clients experience with product delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your products, please contact us on 1300 342 569.

RETURNS POLICY
O'Leary Walker Wines will not be obliged to accept any return or make a refund to you for any wine that you have changed your mind about purchasing. If there is a fault with any O’Leary Walker wine, a replacement will be made with currently available vintage stock. Please contact us via 1300 342 569 or via info@olearywalkerwines.com to notify us of any faulty product.
Risk and Title in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the nominated address.
UNDELIVERABLE GOODS
The carrier will advise O’Leary Walker Wines if they are unable to deliver a particular item. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
SALES, OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Any offers, sales or promotions run by O'Leary Walker Wines are subject to the following conditions:
- Coupon codes may only be used for online orders unless otherwise specified.
- The minimum value specified in the promotional material must be met in order for the promotion to apply.
- Sales, offers and promotions are only applicable to products specified in the offer.
- Only one coupon code may be applied per order, and are valid for one use per customer unless otherwise stated.
- O'Leary Walker Wines takes no responsibility for coupon codes which are not applied during the checkout process. Codes or discounts cannot be applied to any orders once they have been placed.
- O'Leary Walker reserves the right to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
WINE SUBSCRIPTION PACKS
In the case of custom packs, vintages of selected varieties are subject to change without notice, although every attempt will be made to notify customers by email or telephone prior to dispatch of stock.
If you wish to cancel or pause your pack, please contact us via info@olearywalkerwines.com or on 1300 342 569 a minimum of five business days before your next delivery is due to be debited.
