An intense of fragrant fortified Shiraz with clean lifted spirits. Perfumed with blackberry, liquorice and spice.
Palate
Rich and concentrated with great power and length of flavour. Beautiful blackberry fruits balanced with long tannins.
Ageing Potential
15 - 20 years.
Vinification
The fruit used for our 'Wyatt Earp' was harvested at 14 Baume with the fruit fermented in two tonne batches in fortified at 7 Baume to produce an aromatic and balanced style of vintage Shiraz.
