Dry Grown Shiraz from our Shiraz block at Watervale
The Vintage Shiraz was harvested at 14 Baume with the fruit fermented in 2 Tonne batches and fortified at 7 Baume. A careful selection of clean lifted spirit, gives an aromatic, balanced and varietal style of Vintage Shiraz.

BOUQUET AND PALATE
An intense and fragrant fortified Shiraz with clean lifted spirits. Perfumed with blackberry, liquorice and spice.
There are three main components to a great Vintage Shiraz - blackberry fruits, clean lifted and balanced with long tannin. The palate is rich and concentrated with great power and length of flavour.

"Wyatt Earp" Vintage Shiraz was awarded the Trophy at the 2010 Clare Valley Wine Show by one of Australia's top port producers, Andrew Wigan from Peter Lehmann Wines. The "Wyatt Earp" was also awarded a Gold Medal in Class 57b (Vintage 0-5 years) at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show.
