TONY BILSON DINNER SATURDAY 12TH NOVEMBER
Renowned Australian Chef Tony Bilson was our Guest Chef at the Cellar Door on 12th November 2011
Tony Bilson, described as the "Godfather of Australian Cuisine" and from Sydney's famous Bilson Restaurant created a six course Dinner in our Cellar Door at Leasingham in the Clare Valley. Tony matched and created his dishes to pair with newly released and back vintage wines, including the Claire Reserve and trophy winning Polish Hill River and Watervale Rieslings.
The evening was a success with over 130 people attending to enjoy seven courses carefully prepared by Tony and his team. The King George Whiting Quenelles with a Warm Salad of Spanner Crab and the Carpaccio of Swordfish with Caviar were both stand out dishes. Check out the photo's in the gallery
